I want to publish content but I can’t
If you’re unable to publish content, then you have a contributor role (check the capabilities of the different roles). This means you don’t have the proper rights to publish anything. If you think you should be able to do so anyway, please see the first person reponsible for your country’s website. He/she can then contact the Digital Marketing Manager, who is the only one capable of changing your role, and therefore your ability to publish.
