Before publishing the page, please make sure there are no typos or other flaws in the text and that the featured image is set.

Manually changing the url of the page

In the page edit screen you can see a field called Permalink right below the Title field. The permalink is the url of the page. After you have set the title of the page, the Permalink is created automatically. If you want to change the permalink, you can do this by clicking the button Edit next to the permalink. You are able the make changes in the section of the permalink that is specific to this page.

Only change the permalink of a post that is not published yet. When you change the permalink of a published page, the original permalink stops working and will lead visitors to a 404 not found page.

Editing a page

When you want to make some changes to a published page, Go to the page in the Page overview or visit the page in the frontend and click on Edit page in the Topbar. When you’re finished making changes, make sure you click the Update button to save the changes. If you want to see the changes before updating the page you can also click the Preview changes button in the Publish section. A new window will open showing the page with your changes.

Editing a page as contributor

As a contributor you cannot publish pages, but you can create a revision which you have to get reviewed by an Editor. To do so, go to the page in the Page overview or visit the page in the frontend and click on Create revision. When you are finished making changes, click Submit for review to save your changes. Editors will be notified that they need to review your revision.

Publishing a revision created by a Contributor

Editors can review revisions create by a Contributor. A revision is created as a subpage of the original page and has the label Revision, Draft. Click on the item to review the changes made. If you agree, click Publish to publish the revision. The original page is overwritten by the revision and the original page will be stored as a backup with the label Backup Revision, Draft.
